The IMAGE WORKSHOPS Photography School offers an exciting series of professional photographic workshops in a variety of central London settings, designed for serious amateur photographers who seek different environments, locations and opportunities to practice their technique and learn new photographic skills.

All workshops are either taught personally by renowned photographer and educator James Bartholomew, or by other professional photographers trained by James for each class. Every workshop syllabus is designed around the most effective combination of theory and practical techniques used by working professional photographers, and every subject is tailor-made within the course for each student’s own specific needs.

By limiting class sizes to a maximum of eight students, personal tuition is made possible within a mixed ability group, from complete beginners to experienced amateurs who are considering their career prospects in this exciting field. Many students stay with us for several courses, once they find they are addicted to the creative photography bug!
